Enough of this shit. I'm going out there and I'm finding myself a job I like, even if I have to take a pay cut and borrow money.

Do you know what I've been doing for the past few days? Putting labels on envelopes! That's right: I'm a monkey.

You won't hear me write about work anymore. It's dull even for myself, so I can imagine how fascinating it must be for you.

Wish me luck, or something.

I totally can relate to that. it's funny cos I never like my job as well, but I've been talking about it almost everyday. I don't know. it's a mixture of love/hate I guess. good luck on the job hunt though.

aww... thanks! I had made two other more but Kevin said I looked tooooo dramatic in them. So I opted for this one (so most of my lj friends can finally see what I look like and stop spreading rumours that I don't exist.)

As for the job thing, best of luck! Believe me, if you'd spoken to me six months ago and told me about the job I'd be doing now, I'd've thought you were nuts. I seemed stuck in an absolutely inescapable black hole, my entire career history looked like one mistake and the future was equally black (as I said, you can't be TOOO dramatic! ;))... but things can change! Trust me. :) Go for it!

I hear ya. I think the secret is to perhaps take a pay cut, but do something that will teach you new skills and not give you the Office-suicide-thoughts. I was even looking at working as a gardner. Just something different, outdoorzy. I'm tired of paper shuffling.

So... I might buy a tv today or tomorrow. I miss my *baby*!
