Hello Dear Stranger!

You must be wondering why I added you to my friends' list. I had nothing better to do with my afternoon so I hit the random button 100 times. Your journal came up and I added it.

If you would like to add mine back and become a friend, that will be nice.

Otherwise, just let me know and I will take you off. If I don't hear from you until the 4th of April, or you don't add me back until that date, then I will also take you off.

what a fabulous idea.... except i would never do it.
I don't want random people to read my journal, nor do i really want to read random peoples journals, unless (as is so rare) they are really interesting.

The strange thing is that good, GOOD, friends on LJ were found through random journals. With the whole filter thing, I choose who reads what and I like to keep some of my posts open anyways, which works fine if I have strangers hanging around.

You never know who you'll meet, and that's the appeal for me. :-)
