Come on, come on, no one can see you try
I did a good job of the bathroom, and vaccuming the hallway and our bedroom. The kitchen will have to wait for sometime this week. Afterwards, I filled the bathtub with hot water, got in, and proceeded to boil myself alive. The bathroom filled up with vapours... i think i tripped out a little. My legs were clammed around the metal handles beside the bathtub, seeking something cool... and I just lay there and thought about getting a new job, going to Canada for Summer (seeing all my lovely friends there)... getting something published, random random stuff. All the things I am and everything I want.
I have realized today that when Dobrila, my Serbian friend, needed me to go to the anti-war march in Montreal - to protest the bombing of civilian sites in Serbia - I did nothing. And a few weeks ago I was there in Hyde Park. For people in a far off land that i don't even know.
That was shitty of me.
After the bath, I drank a big glass of cold water, put some moisturizer (Kevin said I was a big fruit that smelled fruity) and lay on the bed, wrapped in my bathrobe, listening to Sinead O'Connor.
Fucking best day of the week.
