i love eyeliner too! halloween was always fun... the shitty thing about England is that nobody is into Halloween here, so I don't get a chance anymore on splashing on the makeup.
i think a lab scientist, in his lab coat, and wearing mascara would be the photo image of the year!
people in England are very cynical and, in general, reserve the outlandish costumes to their pop idols. But your average person doesn't have the guts to dress up and be a bit silly... which is a shame. In Canada, when Halloween arrives, everyone and their granny gets dressed... what are you going to be this year?
