Yep - I think we use our journals in a very similar fashion. As a write-up of what we've been up to, plus arranging things and stuff. And ticky boxes asking for opinions. Which is how it should be; and then people can comment saying "yeah, I did that!" or "tell me more about the giant artichoke?" or even "well done on passing your doctorate in EastEnders Studies!" Not pages and pages of crap memes that nobody cares about except yourself. Some surveys are okay, but that's because you're finding out new stuff about someone. Finding out which Buffy character they are is not informative.
