Les Amants du Monde Gothique
I went drinking last night; I feel rough today.
- Suzi, Aden, Rosie and Steve ate charred burgers with greasy fries.
- Rosie had a cool mobile phone she could press buttons with a pen and check Livejournal.
- Steve ordered a cup of tea in between his pints of beer.
- Everybody was fascinated with the toilets. In the men's loo, you could see yourself peeing in the urinal.
- When my boyfriend arrived, gasps circulated the table. I seemed to hear someone say under their breath "cradle-robber", eventhough my boyfriend is older than me. Maybe I'm still 13 and I don't know.
- A man offered to buy Suzi a drink and she declined.
- A man circled his arms around Rosie when she went toupdate her Livejournal inspect the loos.
- There was a man by the bar with a red scar on his forehead who entertained me with tales of his car accident last week.
- Peter arrived later and was very adamant about not fancying pirates.
- I realized I'm not a great conversationalist and people can't understand half of what I say.
- Some fascist rags were perused for adequate photos to be pasted in the loo. Aden was disturbed by a photo of women in their panties, so he spread some Mayo on it.
- Suzi officially invited Kevin and I to Whitby, in April. The last time I saw her she invited me to Slimes. Will she suggest I buy moon boots the next time we meet?

Yes, roll on banning smoking in pubs. It was nice to sit in the non-smoking section :-)
