The main news this morning is that Charlie, from the pop group Busted, has been kidnapped. The band had just performed in Glasgow to a sold out house when the incident occured.
According to witnesses, the band were returning to their tour bus when a fan approached them with a raised gun. Charlie was asked to step away from the others. Too shocked to react, Charlie followed his captor into an awaiting car.
No contact has yet been made with the police or the family regarding a ransom. Female fans have been thronging towards the site since this morning and depositing flowers at the scene. The general mood is somber as the young fans hold hands and sing some of the more famous songs by the group, such as "Year 3000" and "I Crashed the Wedding."
Earlier reports that the kidnappers may have come from Glasgow's small Portuguese community are still being verified by the police.
Bono, in a statement to the press, regretted that criminals are now aiming their sights at musicians. Speaking beside Charlie's disconsolate parents, Bono berated the lack of security in Britain's music venues.
Rumours that this is a stunt perpetrated to raise the band's dwindling popularity in the public eye seem to be unfounded.

They are outstanding live as well!
I love them! I have all of their stuff, just about..
My music tastes in general are vastly expansive.

What's your other half? :)
One my current project is that I'm designing a website for a Brazilian dance group here in L.A.
The site's far from finished but you're welcome to have a look at it at: http:/galasamba.com (http://galasamba.com)
