I finally met violentlyhappy last night. He'd emailed me a few days ago to tell me he'd be in London with his boyfriend B, for a showing of B's documentary in the Raindance Film Festival. I couldn't make it to the documentary's showing because it was during the day, so I met up with them afterwards outside Paddington Station.

Dani and I went for coffee inside Paddington after B left us to go meet his family. We talked for a couple of hours about sicksobernsorry visiting Britain (and how much we want to meet her & take her out!), Brasilian music, languages, being in long term relationships and spicy food (but not in that order.)

When I got home, I re-heated some mashed potatoes, brocolli and fish that Sissy J had cooked earlier. I sat in the kitchen talking to Natalia until 10 o'clock, watched a documentary on gay cowboys in Dallas, checked my email, then went to bed.

I've started reading The Myth of You & Me this morning (sent to me by the ever lovely desayuno_ingles). Tonight, I'm going to Butt Hole Disco. I always promise myself never to go back, but end up giving in to peer pressure. Because there's a large group of us going, I'm hoping there will be enough distraction to keep me entertained. We are aiming for Happy Hour and a tight circlejerk on the dancefloor.

My comment is sooooooo late, but yaye. I read this entry and smiled randomly causing the other library people to stare at me a tiny bit. :)

We're possibly coming back again soon, for a bit longer this time. Also, we'll definately be there for a day or so in December, before we go on to spend Christmas in Italy.
