Does anyone know a good recipe for banana cake? I bought about 20 bananas for £1 and now I need to do something with them before they go bad!

Yes, I know I can Google search, but I'd rather try a recipe you know well and love. Cheers. :-)

I guess you've already done something with the banana by now eh? Malaysian favourite would be 'cekodok' or deep fried banana pancakes. However, it's not very healthy for people on diet.
Over riped bananas - mashed
Add 1 egg
Add in flour, 1 tbs of soda bicarbonate and water (till the batter becomes a bit
thicker than pancake better).
Then, use a spoon to scoop the batter (make into small balls) and deep fry in a pan, until golden brown.

I still haven't used the bananas... I ended up just eating them. :-)
