I woke up on this splendid sunny sunday. Yes I did. And I felt thirsty for The Brand New Heavies. And I needed to buy a birthday gift for Kelly, the lovely girl I share my office room. Off I went to Oxford Street... and the sidewalks were empty? Everyone must have gone to the parks.
Met up with Kevin for lunch. We bought some sandwiches and crisps at Sainsbury's and sat on a bench @ Russel Square Park. I saw one of those brown sausage dogs, and it reminded me of Tete. If only I could teleport here everytime I was in a park, and could watch her run around and bite strangers...
Bought Ian McEwan's Atonement for Kelly, because she is a nurse and she will find the description of nurses' work in the 2nd World War interesting.

The Best of The Brand New Heavies was 16.99 pounds in HMV and Virgin... but only 5.99 in Tower Records?!?!?!
It's a great funk album, if you are into that sort of happiness.
