Checking for Fillers
Sep. 27th, 2003 12:27 pmI had no idea there were so many music channels on cabel: Kiss, Smash Hits, Vh1, Vh1 classics, Mtv, Mtv2, Splash, Box... it goes on and on... and there's even a Reality TV channel? No wonder I've been feeling out of the loop -- we have barely 5 channels in our home, and we hardly watch tv. Kevin and I went to Dave's apartment (which Karla is taking care of while he is in Australia) and got to vegetate infront of endless channels. We eventually settled for 100 Greatest Dance Floor Fillers. Sad to say Deelite's Groove is in the Heart came in 6th.
When could anyone resist the impulse to dance to Groove is in the Heart when it comes on in a club? Never, I say.

Some grocery shopping today and movie rentals at night. Silke and her boyfriend are gone for the week (on a holiday in France) so Kevin and I will stay in her bedroom (with her TV and DVD, The TV will sleep beside Kevin and the DVD beside me) while my mom takes my room. Any movie suggestions? If it's PG rated or made by Paramount/Disney, forget it.
