Update on Nee Naw Drama

Yesterday, when leaving for work, I ran into the neighbour who had an epileptic fit in my apartment building's hallway. Although he seemed unsteady, and didn't have much strength when pushing open the building's front entrance door, he looked healthy and "normal". I helped him with the front door then walked past him; I think he was heading for the cornerstore.
