Orange People Conversations

Two young chicks sitting in front of me this morning, in the Tube. Both were dark orange, covered in make-up and wearing I-wanna-be-a-reality-star outfits. My guess is that they were heading for ITV's gates (studio audience for The X Factor?)

WannaBeGirl: He was lying in the jacuzzi, with a big spliff in his hand, as if he was Snoop Dog. Yeah, he thinks he's Snoop Dog.
CheckmeoutGirl: Wicked!

WannaBeGirl: He throws the best party. Mariah was in one of them.
CheckmeoutGirl: She's lovely! She's so beautiful and she's got an amazing voice.
WannaBeGirl: When she walked in everyone just stared. If you've got money, you know you are powerful and there's this energy you send out, you even move differently. You can be an alright looking girl, but if you have money you look fabulous. Mariah came in and she was very nice, saying "Hi, how are you?" but you could just tell she was special.

Just heard a Canadian band on Xfm, called The Organ. Very, very good. Coming to London in November, apparently. Tickets?

Don't like their haircuts, though.
