The Lost Postcard
Sep. 5th, 2006 05:13 pm"A postcard has been read for the first time since it was sent more than a century ago. It was found by architect Kerrin Lyons and his wife Ginny in an old front door they had taken off its hinges while renovating their house in Thornton Hill, Exeter. The card had been sent in 1896. It is thought it fell through a gap in the door and stayed there for 110 years."
