Day 74 - Pine
Apr. 17th, 2020 08:56 pmWe have over 50 pine trees. Most of them line up the eastern edge of our property, starting from the guesthouse’s gate and moving halfway up the mountain.
The owner of the property next door approached us to ask if we wouldn’t mind bringing down the trees and selling them. He wants to sell his property but buyers will be wary of building a house near trees that could one day crash on them.
We have agreed and are researching buyers now. The money raised will be enough to fix up the guesthouse in time for reopening after the pandemic.
