Saw: The Soup

Saw: The Soup is easy to prepare. Fry some garlic and onions in a pressure cooker, then add chopped beetroots, potatoes, a carrot or two and a red pepper. Add water until it covers the veggies then add salt, pepper and a vegetable Knorr cube. Turn on pressure cooker and when it starts whistling, count 4 minutes.
Blend everything (being careful as the heat might push the blender’s lid out) then serve with a bit of cream on top. (I like to make little designs with the cream, like the hearts and swans baristas used to make on my cappuccino back in London.)
