Morrissey finally got himself a record contract. I heard this on Virgin yesterday, during their Attack of the 80s. I think it`s with Sanctuary Records and he should be releasing it soon.

Oh, with all of his court battles and problems with the record company, I`m sure his next album will be full of venom! I`m also interested in his new Latino edge, considering I`m half-brazilian myself…

Ah… everytime I think of Moz, I just want to be teleported to his side and give him a big hug.

(I saw him recently aswell, in October. He played the Royal Albert Hall and the crowd just went mad! A mini-riot broke out in the end when he threw his shirt to the crowd…)

Latino edge? Where did you hear about this? Interesting...

Of course, most artists in the U.S. tried to play up the latino thing when it hit it big a couple years ago...maybe Morrissey's just a late bloomer?

I remember how every time I used to think about Moz, I used to want to be teleported to his side too...but not to hug. Actually, when I saw him, he threw back some gladiolas that were thrown at him and started a bit of a rumble. And he's still sexy as hell, I realized, after he opened his shirt.

No... he isn`t trying for the mainstream latino boom. He just likes to sing about Mexican boys, because they idolise him (specially in LA.) He even toured Latin America a few years ago and every show was sold out... despite there being no new album, or record contract! Just goes to show how great he is.
