Tai Chi kicked some ass. Legs and butt stiff from squats. Feet still tingling from cold floor. Instructor weird and wiry. Students mostly male, beer-gutted, and happy faced. Did strange exercise of closing eyes, resting my palms on the sweaty wrists of Peter, the Biker, and letting him lead me through the room. When it came my turn, I made him dance to James Brown.

Afterwards, Karla and I skipped and giggled like teenagers high on orange juice. We knew we would feel stiff today, but we didn't care. 9 classes to go.

This album is their brand new one... just came out a few weeks ago... and it's beautiful! It really fits Autumn to a tee.

i really love the clientele...they are a modern band, but the way they record their music has a truly vintage early 60s sound...they are perfect for fall as well...also, didn't you want the latest primal scream at one time?
