The new landlord is very nice. The apartment is coming along. The kebab shops nearby are delix. The tube station is not far away. The sun is out. The snow is coming. The radio is on. The boyfriend is away. The bathtub is stained (and I'm bothered). The toilet is a limescale star. The weekend is ending. The television is going today. The wise are getting wiser.
