Take me down where the good honey flows...

The big dipper sure ain't big enough
To hold all of your dang good stuff
So let the people say we're down right nasty
I just say we're down right...

The porn story is brewing in my head; thank you for your suggestions. In case you haven't done so yet, go here and follow the instructions.

Despite threats of impending miserable weekend, London is sunny and shimmery. Kevin and I have gone swimming in the local gym: while I do laps, Kevin floats belly up. I've signed up for a 19-pound membership that gives me unlimited access to the pool. In the changing room, I saw a big man put some gooey white cream on his penis, then put on his boxers. What's up with that? He didn't even spread the cream; it was like topping up his penis with chantilly then pulling the boxers up - I can just imagine the mess. See? My mind is in the right place for writing something erotique.

Oh, Stephen King is shit. Don't read him.

We rented Frailty from the library because I'm in the mood for scary. Ripley's Game didn't do it for me.

We had a Swedish-style lunch: ryvitta bread, ham, cheese, hummous, cherry tomatoes, juice, water, chocolate biscuits.

Oh, Stephen King is lame. Don't watch anything by him.

I don't much like stephen king either.

Don't people mind you looking at their cokcs in the changing rooms..? Its a whole other culture out there..

Well, I don't stare! But everyone is relaxed (specially the guys with really nice bodies) and they strut around - so it's kinda like an invitation. This guy was getting changed when we arrived, right beside our locker, and I just caught a few seconds of him plopping the cream on his (very large) member.

Yes, the man's locker room is a very interesting place sometimes.

fuck off, insulting Stephen King....

how dare you!!!!

It's not his fault people turn his brilliance into shite!

[identity profile] commonpeople.livejournal.com 2004-05-02 11:28 am (UTC)(link)
LOL... I'm reading Black House right now and just wincing at all the cliches and rehashed ideas. He should take a break and try to write something different.

[identity profile] dilvalicious.livejournal.com 2004-05-02 12:05 pm (UTC)(link)
I liked black house and the talisman

=(

[identity profile] commonpeople.livejournal.com 2004-05-02 12:11 pm (UTC)(link)
well... I'm still in the beginning of Black House and I'm going to give it a chance ( I like Peter Straub). I've read most of Stephen King's books and I agree that his earlier work was quite fun... but he seems to have lost a bit of his magic, don't you think?

[identity profile] dilvalicious.livejournal.com 2004-05-02 12:31 pm (UTC)(link)
i stll like him though, but newver did think he was a literary genius

;)

[identity profile] commonpeople.livejournal.com 2004-05-03 01:22 am (UTC)(link)
meh.... i gave up on the book. I read up to 100 pages last night but i was just not getting into it.

:/

[identity profile] dilvalicious.livejournal.com 2004-05-03 05:30 am (UTC)(link)
i did that with Gus Van Sant's book, Pink...the only book I gave up on... another one I loathed was Great Apes by Will Self...never ever read it!

[identity profile] commonpeople.livejournal.com 2004-05-03 10:08 am (UTC)(link)
And now I gave up on giving up! I'm back on it!

[identity profile] commonpeople.livejournal.com 2004-05-03 10:43 am (UTC)(link)
i dunno... i figured I might as well continue reading since I"ve already read 100 pages. Also, I don't have total horrible memories of him - some of his books I liked a lot.

;)

[identity profile] dilvalicious.livejournal.com 2004-05-03 10:45 am (UTC)(link)
ahhhh...

well, good luck with the continuing then

=)

[identity profile] dilvalicious.livejournal.com 2004-05-04 06:23 am (UTC)(link)
why hide in shame????

Did you forget i liked that book?

[identity profile] commonpeople.livejournal.com 2004-05-04 07:27 am (UTC)(link)
*comes out*

oh right! The only thing that bugs me about it is that they keep referring to the first book, which I didn't read.

[identity profile] dilvalicious.livejournal.com 2004-05-04 07:34 am (UTC)(link)
oh man...you are reading the sequel first????

Good one, gomer!

[identity profile] commonpeople.livejournal.com 2004-05-04 07:36 am (UTC)(link)
How was I supposed to know it was a sequel!!! It doesn't say anything in the book.

[identity profile] dilvalicious.livejournal.com 2004-05-04 07:41 am (UTC)(link)
really????

Shitty!

Yeah, the talisman is the first one.

[identity profile] commonpeople.livejournal.com 2004-05-04 08:48 am (UTC)(link)
very shitty!

But I'm liking it more now, so that's ok.

[identity profile] dilvalicious.livejournal.com 2004-05-04 08:52 am (UTC)(link)
good

[identity profile] roguejournal.livejournal.com 2004-05-02 11:48 am (UTC)(link)
BUT iiiiiiii say...NEVER watch any films based on Stephen King's books...they suck even harder!!!

[identity profile] commonpeople.livejournal.com 2004-05-02 12:08 pm (UTC)(link)
exactly! The only exception is The Shining.

[identity profile] roguejournal.livejournal.com 2004-05-02 09:57 pm (UTC)(link)
uh, yeah...sure...
but the old one , with jack nicholson.

the remake sucks!!!!
