FUCKABOUT!

Kevin and I heard a loud bang this morning; Kevin was startled enough to ask me what it was, but my first thought was that a loud wind had hit our windows (!?) so I convinced him to go back to bed.

But apparently, some massive explosion happened not too far away. Nobody died, and it's not a chemical unit, but when the newscast woman mentioned that we'd get black rain, I couldn't help thinking of a certain movie...

I have been watching that on the news! Scary! I am just glad it wasn't a terrorist plot like they were speculating at first. Although I wonder even if it was, if they would tell us at this point....

Who knows? I'm only relieved that it wasn't a chemical plant, and that nobody died. It was heard all the way in France, so you can imagine how loud it was!

Our friends in Luton heard the explosion too- drove passed it last night on our way home - still ablaze - apparently some people couldn't get out of their houses 'cos the heat warped their doors shut.
