I can't even bring myself to finish reading it, Ollie. It's too hard and heartbreaking.

Visualize a world where all the people feel safe, accepted, a part of the whole community. Everyone has more than enough of the things they need, and the things they want. There are not any words in our vocabulary for things like "greed", or "hatred" or "war". People embrace each other - literally and figuratively - and spend their energies on healing and on honoring all of Life where it is found.

People are mostly artists and artisans, engineers and inventors, healers and thinkers and writers and teachers.

We are all light and love and beauty. Visualize this and send this loving energy East and Southeast and perhaps especially West.

My heart hurts and I sit here and cry...I am sending out a white light of protection to the girl in Beirut who wants to live and have children...I hope it reaches her in time.
