By the way: and last night, in the pub THREE MINUTES round the corner from my house, there was a fight and a guy in his early 20s got stabbed in the stomach. I do not live in a dodgy bit of Bromley, the pub in question is not known to be dodgy.

I saw it on the BBC news! (was looking for any early bird news stories so I could write a post about how prophetic I was.) They weren't teenagers though... but yeah, it does make me wonder if knife attacks were always there but the media just didn't make a big deal out of them, or if we are onto a wave...
