Help Me Watch a Good Film

I belong to Sofa Cinema, the British equivalent of Netflix.

My rental queue is running perilously low so I need suggestions for it. Seen any good horror films lately (or know of great classics?) Any films made you weep and fall in love with humanity again? Any action thrillers made you devour your nails? Would love to get some recommendations!

Sure we should try. Our cultural program is unclear yet... but we'll be around... there's Nanette birthday then (you do remember her, don't you?), Tim's graduation and award ceremony, and my talk in York - all more or less at the same time!
