Nightmare in Montpellier

dotintheskyAh... Everytime I think of telling what happened in Montpellier, I get discouraged. I've told the story so many times already that I feel it has left me for good and needs no more repeating.
I'll just say that everything was fine until we ran out of money and realized our bank cards didn't work... plus, airports were closed on our date of return so we had to buy a much more expensive ticket for the next day (otherwise our only option was to return friday) and spend a whole day sitting around airports...
charming.
took me 2 days to fully recover.
but now I'm happy, still ploughing ahead with my novel. It changes everyday, it's very organic.
that's good. it means I haven't lost interest yet.
but, after I finish it on the 14th, I don't want to think of all the EDITING I'll have to do...
