There was this woman in the 70s who was a groupie and fan of Hendrix. She was also an artist and she would put his penis in cast so that it could later be turned into a statue. She did that with a lot of rock stars. hehehe.

means putting the penis, or member, into a cast (which is that stuff that doctors use to cover an arm when its broken, for example) until it solidifies and gains the shape and size of the penis. Then you cut it open and use that space inside the cast to pour the liquid which will later solidify and become the penis statue.
