Thank you.

The line is from a song "Into the Blue" by the band Geneva. I was listening to it when I wrote this post... it's one of those things.

Why oh why did they break up...

I cant understand it. They were great, but I guess there was too many brit bands at that moment. I met them in 1998 in Valencia and they were really nice with their fans.

Will do. I heard a song on the radio from a new band and I recognized his voice. I think they are a new band but I didn't catch their name. Maybe a Geneva fansite would know.

NO HORROR STORY

Andrew Montgomery was once the lead singer of the indie band Geneva. But now three years on after the band's split, he's back with a new band, Amityville.

Now the problem is to find an Amityville site or list of track to soulseek for them! :D

I guess he had to change his direction...

on 2004-11-01 05:47 pm (UTC)
Posted by [identity profile] suede.livejournal.com
Its because he moved to NY probably :(
But I still cant understadn why Geneva break, they were so perfect.

it could be because of their record company, Nude, going bust! I know Suede lost a lot of money because of that...

I didnt knew that!

Yup... it went down, and that's why Suede went to Sony.

Maybe you need someone like myself to challenge (http://www.nanowrimo.org/) you? I know it's a bit too close to the date... but I think you can do it!
