You not only would stay, but would probably turn into one of their staff.

I'd go along for the photos, of course. ;)

London, A Biography is an amazing book. Really. Read it. It's fascinating, and it'll make you see London entirely differently - in a good way :D

Ooh, Arctic Dreams sounds interesting!

What is Casa De Sete Mulheres (House of SEven Women, right?)? At a glance I thought it was La Casa De Bernarda Alba, the Lorca play (which, if you've not read, then DO READ IT!).

These are all books I have at the moment which I haven't read yet... so that's why I asked for people's suggestions! They are mostly books that Kevin gave me as a gift and he was moaning about how I never read the books he gives me.

Artic Dreams is about the natural history of the Canadian north. It's related to the novel I wrote in November so it's more of a research read than anything else.

A Casa das Sete Mulheres (the house of the seven women) is a historical novel from Brazil which my mom sent to me recently. It's set two hundred years ago if I'm not mistaken.

I've never read Lorca. Isn't he better known for his poems?

So... I haven't read any of those books... I dont even know any of those books!!! :_( But I can recommend you the best book I've read lately: "Memoria de mis putas tristes" ("Memories of my sad whores" should be the english transcription... but I don't know!), from Gabriel Garcia Márquez. He keeps on sticking me to his printed words in a magical way!!!

I love Marquez... but I've never heard of that book! Are you sure that's the correct name for it?
