There's a mouse in our office! The boss has screamed and vacated her office. Two colleagues are in there investigating. My legs are firmly off ground.

But mice are cute! Feed it something and tame it and take it home :o)

I'm not entirely sure why, but I like the idea of you putting your legs in the air.

They aren't in the air per say... just nicely placed above the chair's legs.

I can work with that.

You are living in a 1950s comedy film. If you stand on a chair screaming then a hunky bloke with neatly combed hair will rescue you and you will marry him within a few months (though there will be hilarious exploits in between).

I work at the Institute of Education. I can probably carry half the staff with one of my arms.

*sigh*

Nobody will save me from that ferocious mouse.

(Grin) If you're the mightiest employee maybe you should look around for someone who needs saving from the mouse?

I'm afraid I haven't taken CPR courses yet, nor do I know how to handle crowd panic. :P

*chuckles*

I can lend you two cats if you need them - though I doubt one of them would know what to do with a mouse.

Mouses are cute - I love watching the lil mice you get on the underground

With some irony, the humane moustrap which I ordered last week arrived today. If I catch the cute little sod I was planning to give him a new home on Shepherd's Bush Green; but you're more than welcome to take him into your office to provide some company for the current resident?

I don't fear mouses... but I'll be terrified if it would be a spider. I've never been scared by spiders, but lately, I don't know why, they give me the creeps!! :S
