1. Total number (and names) of films I own on DVD/video:

6 films. On VHS I have Mad Max 2 & Mad Max: Beyond the Thunderdome. On DVD I have Groundhog Day, Donnie Darko, Bride of Chucky and Buena Vista Social Club. All of my DVDs were given to me as gifts. I'm only going to start collecting movies once I find a permanent home.

2. The last film I bought:

Alien, on VHS tape, about 11 years ago. I don't have it anymore because a guy in Montreal stole it from me.

3. The last film I watched:

The Grudge (American version). Too similar to The Ring, and Sarah Michelle Gellar is one of the worst actresses going around.

4. Five films that I watch a lot:

I only watch Groudhog Day a lot. I'll watch something on TV that I've seen before if I'm in the mood. I don't obsess over movies (apart from the above-mentioned.)

5. Tag 5 people and have them put this in their journal:

I luuuuuuuurve Groundhog Day! Haven't seen it in a while. It's the movie that brought me back to Bill Murray.

It's my all time favourite, not so much because it's a great piece of art work but because it's just so funny. Always leaves me in a good mood afterwards.

yeah, I love his exasperation, and when he goes ot the first piano lesson after months of them and is a virtuoso. His near boredom in that scene always makes me laugh.

I love the scene too when he's watching that game show (for the millionth time) and he's guessing all the answers & questions before they are even said! I just love the look on everyone else's face.

Yeah, I agree, but that will have to wait. I know I just said I have a little extra money, but I wanna be able to do stuff with friends instead of acquiring new things.

Go for it!

Donnie Darko is a must-see if you are a fan of 80s-style teen movies, and Echo & the Bunnymen.
