My Family Owns 4 Cows,1 Calf, 4 Dogs, and Some Chicken

I phoned my brother and mom last night; I hadn't spoken to them in ages. My brother has been staying at the farm this week because it's a university break in Brasil - they call it the "busted balls" week, semana do saco cheio. At the moment, my mom is still finishing the last touches on the hotel - she's been converting our farm into a kind of bed & breakfast/guesthouse/country hotel - before she opens it fully to the public. She has had her sisters over as guests, on a trial run, and she's now got a couple staying for the week. My brother says Tete has been behaving well - not barking at the guests or trying to bite their ankles - and that my mom has been cooking up a storm in order to impress them.

I finally found out the names of our new cows: Betty, Briguitta, LaToya and Camila. Last week, Camila gave birth to Juninho (Little Junior), son of a neighbour's bull called Charles. I asked my mom who had named the cows and she answered that she did. No wonder I turned out gay.

LaToya is pregnant too and should be having her little calf soon. He/she will then join Juninho in the kennel-that-used-to-be-a-chicken-coop-but-which-now-shelters-calves.

It's very hot in Brasil. My mom wanted to know when I'd be visiting them again but, with my bank balance always in the red, I don't know when that will happen. One of my cousins, also called Juninho, will be getting married in January. He wants me to be there but I'm doubtful I'll be able to afford the flight - it's Brasil's holiday season, the time of the year when all Brasilians try to fly home.

I saw a pair of black, ten-hole boots the other day, and now I'm wondering if I should buy them. They look more like podium-gay-club than punk-on-the-streets and I'm wondering if I can get away with murder wearing them.

Ain't no plans for tonight; gotta go to 3 birthday parties tomorrow. Mellow Drama in the cards.

I saw a hooded half-coat at Zara yesterday, I'm absolutely dying for it. it's absolutely out of my price range. *sigh* since I'm not going to work for that spa I worked for just after school ended any more this year, meaning I'm not going to file taxes for them (<$600 per company per year you don't file for) do I take that $110 and put it towards my tat (I have $310 so far, need $760 to start) or buy the hooded coat thing? or maybe the non-hooded sleeved capelet that's $80? aaaargh I hatelove clothes!!
