I went swimming this morning for the first time in a month. It was surprisingly mild outside, and the gym was deserted. I used the "Getting Faster" lane because I didn't think I'd be able to keep the pace in the "Fast and Furious" lane; I did my 1,500 metres as if I hadn't been away at all.

KNevin and I are going to the gym tomorrow. tga, do you still want to go swimming on Sunday? I can't wait to see your cock new swimming trunks.

KNevin and I are getting FIT this Winter. You mark my words.

(in the absence of holidays in Brasil, or in Ireland, the best thing to do is exercise so to keep the Winter blues away. And buy new Gamecube toys.)

Plus, being too thin just makes you more prone to catching colds, etc. Nevin lost some weight some I'm hoping our excursions to the gym will help him get all muscly (and if I can get rid of my mid-riff roly poly, that will be good too!)

yeah, that too. Nevin was already thin! every time, and I mean every time (tell him this) I hear GnR I think of being at that club and him bored and me doing mega air guitar at him.

Haha! He hates GnR. Even his mom noticed he'd lost weight, so my new goal is to stuff up that pig! Problem is, I end up getting stuffed too... we had pesto pasta, garlic bread, green beans and chicken kievs yesterday... then beer.
