Elizabeth Taylor was carried out of the airplane on her wheelchair. The front part of her skull was bald, and the remaining hair had been weaved into long braids. She looked pasty and old, too infirm to even acknowledge us.

Her acupuncturist was by her side, helping carry the wheelchair. Tiny blades covered Elizabeth's face. The scene reminded me of the 10 of Spades in the Tarot pack. Whenever the acupuncturist pushed one of the thin blades into Elizabeth's skin, I heard the sheathing of a sword.

I did look the meaning up:

The reverse position, I've only seen it in the upright position, means ruin for a group of people rather than an individual. ?

In a way, your suggestion and the card's meaning are related. The movie was, "Lord of Illusions" by Clive Barker.

The movie was Clive Barker's "Lord of Illusions". There was a women in the movie that really caught my eye, Shila Tousey. I can't find any good pictures of her. Whatever... she looks a lot like Carol and I looked up her biography, she's a native american, Menominee and Stockbridge-Munsee Indian - Carol is part native american, Pottawotomie.

Carol sometimes jokes when someone pisses her off, she says, "What Pottawotomie do you want!"

Here's a picture of Tousey, in the movie she was 10 years younger but I'm still attracted to her even in this photo.
