That would be lovely, maybe not spend the night there, just when I arrive in the a.m. go to some shops (I want shoes! and maybe a purse), look for music, go see city-type things, then head to your mother's.
It's not very easy to get around and go to shops. Sao Paulo is massive! Shops tend to be spread out, or congregated in shopping malls. I suppose we could take a bus to one of them; that might work. You arrive in the morning, right? We could drop your bag in a hold-all at the bus station then do a bit of city wandering before heading for the farm.
Actually, I just remember the underground, which is very efficient! We can take that from the bus station right downtown, and I know exactly where to take you from there! I'll also try to arrange for friends to meet us for lunch etc (like la_magarita and hunterjr.
