Day 55 - Trap

There’s an apartment where we store all our spare furniture and works of art. Suspecting the presence of mice, I laid out traps: pieces of cardboard with very strong glue, which stops them in their tracks and then serve as foldable burial caskets.

I’d forgotten about my kittens and how curious they are...

One of them came running through the kitchen, part of the trap glued to his hind legs. I dashed to our local Vet, who luckily had mineral oil, which serves to remove the glue.

The kitten was left oily and downcast for the rest of the day.

They are still pre-teen. I'm letting them enjoy their childhood before they get to working age.
