I'm going to record my very first voice post soon. I suppose this means most of you will, for the first time, hear what I sound like. Anything in particular you'd like to hear me say? Or maybe I should sing a song? Or just heavy breathe down the line? Or curse to hell and back? I'm open to suggestions at this stage since I'm otherwise very likely to just mumble, stutter and talk gibberish.

The EuroMillions lotto numbers will be announced in less than two hours. Since buying my ticket two days ago I've been walking around as if I'd already won the moula. I've decided against buying a tower block (don't want to deal with the incessant LJ Drama) or the island (though apparently I'd have enough to buy something in Fiji.) I was reading a commie newspaper today and really felt like giving 99% of the money to asylum seekers, the homeless, charities, friends & family, etc. I could so easily live on a million pounds. Honestly, all I want is to go back to uni and study something just for pleasure (like film, for example) without the worry of finding a job related to the degree afterwards.

Apparently, though, there's more chance of George Bush Jr marrying Amy Whinehouse tonight then there is of me winning the money. So I'll just eat some leftover chocolate cake and enjoy my Friday in front of What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?

I got the video through Sofa Cinema, which is one of those DVD rental systems where they mail the film to you and then you mail it back to them once you are done. It's a pretty good deal actually - 9.99 a month for six films. They have a decent back catalogue so Kevin and I have been renting all the old classics we never saw before.

haha! I have a bit of an accent that a lot of people think is Canadian becuase I lived in Minneapolis for a while. And get me around Canadians and it's all over. I sound like I was born and raised in the GWN.
