They gist of my lost post:

- I got a bad feeling about this new Big Brother, as in butterknife-in-the-stomach bad. Also noticed a tone of malice in that Geordie narrator's voice that wasn't there in previous series.
- I don't think there's a problem with the X Factor or Big Brother formats; the problem is with the producers and their collusion with tabloids and what they "think" the Class C viewers want to watch.
