dotintheskyIn two days, my mother is arriving. I received an email from my father and he told me to keep the money I borrowed from him: a birthday gift. It's a lot of money... my brother sent me an email: he's obsessed with spirals and vortexes. His girlfriend is as well. They are artists and they see vortexes everywhere. My brother was inspired by this when he saw a Japanese horror movie of the same name - Vortex
Everyday is like Sunday
Everyday is silent and grey
I don't have a promenade to hide in, nor postcards to etch on. I live on a city by a river, and perhaps one day it will be brought down by a nuclear bomb.
The weather has taken a turn, cooling down and darkening the skies. My mother will be happy - she loves the cold. I have to find a good musical to take her to. Is there such a thing as a good musical? And I have to thank my father for giving me so much money as a birthday gift. And I have to find some oil paints and special pens for my brother; my mom will take it back to him when she returns on the 2nd.
