Am now in London. Flight was boring and painful. I sat by the window for eleven hours without getting up. I almost lost my right foot due to bad circulation. I watched Collateral, with Tom Cruise, and was entertained. I ate the food the air stewards served me; I drank the white wine even though it tasted rough. I thought to myself: Ollie, if you ever own an air company, hire only drag queens and drag kings to be the air stewards. You`ll make millions.

In Milan, I got stuck in the airport`s bathroom. I went into one of the cabins and the lock got jammed. Because I didn`t want to call for help (embarrassment) I kicked the door and it opened. A fog descended on the airport and my flight got delayed. Other flights were being cancelled and a cold sweat broke out all over my body: if I were to be stuck in Milan, I`d have only 5 euros to survive. Images of me drinking bathroom water to survive the days in an unfriendly airport rushed through my mind. But, thank the gods, my flight was not cancelled and I made it to London.

My boyfriend was waiting for me at Arrivals (but where was everyone else? Where were the banners?) When I tried to draw some cash out of a machine, I found out that my card had expired. Thank the gods, again, that my boyfriend came to the airport and could lend me some money! When we got back to our apartment, there was a banner saying "Welcome Home" with three little munchkins drawn beside it, hanging by the living room.

Seeing The Sissys was nice. They liked my gifts and entertained me with tales of what they`ve been up to since I`ve been gone. Both of them are now dating (Jennifer is seeing Tim, from Essex; Allison is besoted with Giorgio, from Italy.)

It doesn`t feel like I`ve been gone from London for 7 weeks. And I do think the British public would improve immensely if they had tans and smiled more often. But, nevertheless, I`ve learned to like London and I`m looking forward to finding a job (*cough cough*) and having more adventures here. Talk to you soon, you bunch of chipmunks!

By the sound of the weather woman on tv today... not! But I think it`s because I have to readjuste first before the beams of light come pouring out of my body.

Nice to be back too and will be great to see you guys soon! (I hope?) :)

Yep, definitely see us soon! We're doing wine tasting tomorrow evening if you're interested, or failing that I'm sure plenty of other stuff will crop up soon :-)

Oh yeah, I hope you guys have fun today at the wine tasting! Won`t be going because I need to find a job before I spend anymore money... what i have in my account is enough to cover my rent and expenses, etc, so I`ll see you guys in the next excursion. ;)

I guessed you wouldn't be - it's not cheap! Still, we'll be doing other cheaper things at some point, so there's always opportunities! :-)

Good luck with the job search.

And I do think the British public would improve immensely if they had tans and smiled more often.

People up North smile more often. I like to smile on the tube -- it unsettles people. It always makes me smile to visit london because everyone looks so comically gloomy.

People up North smile more often and chat more too! I particularly like people from Glasgow. Everytime I see someone smiling to themselves in the Tube I always think they are a bit of a nutter. :)

I think drag queen airline hostesses are a genius idea. You should write Richard Branson.

hey Ollie!!
Yay!! You're back in London! Not that I can see you or anything, but who knows, I might go for a holiday or something, and and we can hang out....:D Do you have a photobucket with pics of you and friends in Brazil?

I do have a photobucket, but I haven`t uploaded my photos yet! I will do very soon and let you know. ;)

You must definetly let me know when you come to England. We`ll go out dancing or drinking, or simply sit in a park and talk.

I'm sososo glad you're back here in the UK with us Ollie! <3333

I'm also extremely dissapointed of you - first you go to Brasil, then to add insult to injury your return flight includes a stop-over in Milan, AND YOU STILL NEVER MANAGED TO CAPTURE KAKÁ FOR ME?! =o\

Haha! I did see Kaka in the airport! But he said he didn`t want anything to do with you and that he is now only interested in me. Sorry to break these bad news...

Oh, didn`t know about Morcheeba`s show! Will have to see if there are still any tickets available.

No worries about the game! Just send it when you have some time.

Karla... oh my god... they are having some crazy discounts for Gamecube stuff here. You can buy 3 games for 20 pounds in GAME (used games, but whatever.) Very tempting, as you can imagine...
